Issues with Eternal War matchmaking - can't find matches at all, PVE works fine though?

I'm having the weirdest issue, i think it might be a ISP problem but i'm unsure, if i try to find matches for eternal war it will keep queuing forever and never actually find a match, however if i join a friend's squad and i let them search for the match it will find one no problem - but as soon as we join the map we both will be kicked with a message saying that the "server is unavailable" and EVEN WEIRDER still is that if i join my friends squad in the middle of a ongoing match it will simply connect without any issues whatsoever, but as soon as the match ends i wont be able to join the next one since i will be kicked due to "server is unavailable".

And the cherry on top of all this mess? If i plug my phone to my computer and instead resort to using my mobile data instead of my regular ISP provided internet it just works like its supposed to, can find and join matches on my own, can continue playing after a match ends and we are sent to the next one, etc.

What gives? Is this a issue with the game or should i just switch ISPs? I have tried everything, resetting my computer's network adapter settings, trading my modem/router for another one, uninstalling and re-installing the game, everything. It just does not work when it comes to PVP matchmaking and its a bit frustrating as i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love that game mode.
