For a start the Warhammer TV show is Amazon not Netflix. The show also hasn't been cancelled it is in preproduction where GW and Amazon need to agree on the shape of the Warhammer Cinematic Universe within the next year or the contract is dissolved, this is perfectly normal.

As for Henry Cavil he has never expressed his opinions on anything about things like Female Custodes but that doesn't stop people from saying he quit the show because of it like it is fact with zero evidence.

It is true he likes the shows he works on that are based on existing IPs to be faithful so it is unlikely with him as a showrunner that it would have female Space Marines unless GW actually goes in that direction themselves.

He's been adamant about the fact that he refuse to participate in a Warhammer who deviate from the actual lore. It's all over the internet,oh and yeah, my bad, Amazon not Netflix. That being said, no, this bad idea will never be made a reality.

Doesn't surprise me at all . He's been into Warhammer for a long time and i think he said somewhere he played Total War Warhammer 2 so why not Space Marine ;)
