Are there any 40K games or books from a dreadnaught's POV???

Not exactly what you're looking for, but I would recommend the books of the first engagement against the Tau, i forgot the name of it but in there you can see when the Tau first encounter a Dreadnought and what's inside of it.

Quite shook them to their core.

A book about a machine with an almost dead pilot? To write a story you need a protagonist with emotions and feelings. You could read the two Baneblade books, if you like big war machines.

The only one I've read with the perspective of a dreadnought is "The Emperor's Gift", and that only has a bit of dialogue from Bjorn the Fell Handed at the very end. It's not a POV of what it's like to be a dreadnought, just his insight on the situation they are dealing with at hand.
