Power sword shouldbe available to all classes that use melee, I say this as a Bulwark player. Why should only my class have the coolest looking weapon in the entire game?
Assault has powerfist too though.
Personally i want vanguard and tactical to get a power axe.
But it's all a personnal taste, it might not be lore accurate to have a tactical with hammer lmao
A tactical is someone who went through every other job and is thus versed in all the roles and all the weapons. The hammer, as much as the power weapons are kinda special and are usually only used by Sergeants/Captains/Forcecommander, Veterans and Terminators.
I get that he has the chainsword due it being iconic and part of the assault intercessor loadout but then he is missing the heavy bolt pistol.
And do i agree that the vanguard should have get two knives as per the Incursor loadout on tabletop but the class does represent both the Reiver and the Incursor.
Maybe an option to replace the grapple gun with the second knife and the stealth ability?
Why no knife for tactical? Thats literally standard issue for tac marines, not chainsword. I mean they can be armed with a chainsword but knife is supposed to be standard issue.
Its not because class absolutely needs the knife or something but its just weird tac not having knife. Mostly for flavor, i would still use chainsword.
