Paint locked after purchase

I encountered an issue with the "Retributor Armour" paint, I unlocked it on the Heraldry screen, but when I tried to apply it, clicking on it did nothing, I then restarted the game to see if it was some king of UI issue, but I just found it locked again, but on the Heraldry menu it shows unlocked..
Anyone encountered something like this before?
Is there some way to fix it?

I have that exact same issue! I've reinstalled the game more than a few times due to driver issues and some other things so I have no clue why it's still not showing up. Hopefully the devs take notice of this (even if it is a little thing)

Head to the focus forum and submit a bug there, sucks the paint is locked :(

could it be that the tertiary color is a seperate buy and not contained in the retributor armor pack?

edit: never mind, its not, i hope they fix that for you soon.

Have the exact same issue, want to use it as secondary like it says i can but it remains locked even tho i have unlocked it, it be nice it they just allowed all paints to be any used anywhere after unlocking them and not force them to be primary, secondary or tertiary.

There are different slots a paint can fit, you can find other slots of retributor armor dye in Chaos space marines.

maybe it just does not put me to the correct heraldry page (which would be weird) i'll check later today, thanks for the tip!

You were absolutely right. but the point still stands, i was shown me the wrong heraldry screen on selecting the pain from the customization menu, it takes you to minotaurs, but the "tertiary" version i was supposed to see is in black legion

I suffer the same fate brother. I dont know how to fix it, except by buying the minotaurs
