*Intelligent standby list cleaner (islc)
*powershell (admin), type: sfc /scannow
*Head into sm2 game folder and delete easy anticheat folder, then in steam verify game files. It will re-download missing files.
*turn off windows game bar and any other overlay you might have (rivatuner, nvidia experience etc.)
*make sure HAGS is on in windows, even try turning it off if its already on just to check if it does anything.
*full DDU in safemode, then install fresh gpu driver.
*Park E-cores if on intel.
Sorry to hear that. Just out of curiosity, what power profile are you running in windows and what power mode are you running your gpu on in nvidia?
Try high performance windows profile and normal nvidia profile if you have this setup to maximum performance
Sorry to say, but that's not an issue that can be caused by any game. This is a symptom of a badly built PC that either has an insufficient, degraded or non-certified PSU (which unfortunately is common with systems integrators) or the CPU/GPU are not cooled properly for various reasons. Broken RAM or drivers if they're BSoDs. Your system would not make it through any extensive benchmarking at this point, which basically makes it a faulty product because your PC is supposed to be able to handle 100% CPU and GPU load as that is the expected workload. Depending on how much you have connected, it very well might not even be included in the overhead of what they thought was necessary, so who knows. It could even be the cooler just sliding off because it wasn't secured properly.
As a quick band-aid you can download MSI Afterburner and set the power limit to 50%, which will most likely be enough to run it without freezes. Only takes a few seconds to do, to rule out the most common root problems. Afterwards you can do proper benchmarks and RMA the thing. Basically if your PC restarts or freezes it is completely out of the realm of what a game or software can do, and in 95% cases a hardware issue, with the other 5% being potentially ♥♥♥♥♥♥ drivers.
