All my progress just got reset?

Load into battle barge and find that ll my characters all my customisation and all my levels have been totally reset, wtf is happening?

Edit: Turns out their is seperate customisation and character level between operations, and eternal war, making it appear as though youve lost all progress, if you switch the modes and forget about it, like i did, turns out i was just in the wrong mode.

No i havent even touched anything offline.

in the main menu screen does it say you're logged in as <account name>

happened to me yesteday AFTER the maintenance, i lost 4 operations worth of unlocks and rewards

I lost literally everything, all mastery progress all character levels, it removed my custom armour and colours as well but it kept the actual armor unlocks and colour unlocks, this game was fine up until now.

Same here, i was lvl 12 with my heavy and than i got a reset back to lvl 2 :/
