Does the Tactical talent "battle focus" word?

The one where if you perfect parry they get an auspex scan.

I dont see any highlight around them, is it bugged or just poorly shown?

Just unlocked that perk and it definitely works. They get highlighted solo if you parry them

If you don't perfect parry, it doesn't apply the auspex. Use fencing style melee weapons to increase your chance of a perfect parry.

Perfect parry = Parry blue circle
Parry = Parry random attack

You may get confused by some poorly written perks like bulwarks Defensive Advantage.

"A perfectly timed parry ..."

It's just parry.
