40 fps on mid settings with a rtx 4070 ti

how in the world can a rtx 4070to 32 gb ram and an i9 11 not run this game even on 60 fps how ? dlls on please how im well above the mina nd req specs what is wrong my gpu barely using 30 procant aswell for my cpu this game optimization is brutal or im i alone ?

I got 4070 ti super and around 100 FPS on ULTRA without DLSS. Something is wrong with your setup. Have you seen usage and temperatures of GPU and CPU?

CPU Bottleneck. My RTX 4070 and R7 5800X3D suffer the same situation (with more basic FPS). It's a joke, that the strongest AM4 CPU (for gaming) can't provide my GPU fast enough.

im running an RTX 4070 and an I7 9500k, i can run max settings at 1080p 60fps at a minimum with highs of 100.

I'm not sure what's causing your problems, because you should be getting better performance than i am, unless the I9 is trash. Worst case your computer is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I got i7-11700K, 32RAM, 3080ti playing on my UW 5120x1440 (with black bars) and it runs great.

Go to your bios and make sure your CPU is operating at full speed.

You could try syching your cpu and gpu by using v-sync (nvidia) or the amd equivalent.

What's your CPU, OP?

This game is mostly CPU bound, so it sounds like you have a pretty old CPU bottlenecking your rig.

It's not you, it's the game. It's poorly optimized and CPU bottlenecked but the devs seem to ignore it.

i9-13980HX, RTX 4080, 64gb RAM and im also sitting at like 35fps on low settings. I dont know what happened but i was getting at least 60fps on ultra before today

That's way too low lol. I've 13600K/4080 and getting around 100fps in 4k/ultra/dlss quality. Maybe try disabling E-cores in BIOS you've a lot of them game might be getting confused.

I'm rolling a 3080TI and 5800X (non 3d) and 32GB ram and I get 60-80FPS, sometimes dips below that in crazy scenes but I have a Gsync monitor so the frame rate is still smooth down to about 35-40 if it drops that low. Something else has to be interfering with the game on your system, it broke EVGA precision (RIP EVGA) on my computer, it doesn't display the OSD anymore so I can't really tell what the CPU/GPU usage is anymore while playing, especially temperatures. At least I have a second monitor I can display diagnostic data with as the nvidia overlay is crap IMO as it doesn't display anything useful other than FPS.

Could try uninstalling the game and then going into Settings>Apps (the old program manager) and uninstall easy anti cheat as well to clean that ♥♥♥♥ out and then reinstall the game and unfortunately the anti-cheat system again. I know I'm GPU limited in this game but I still have it set to ultra everything with DLSS on. Gotta have that eye candy!

That's a laptop 4080 I reckon. Problem there if that's true, we don't know how much power the manufacturer allows it to draw. At best it should perform a little better than a desktop 4070.

Speaking of which, I have a desktop 4070 with a 12700k. I get about 70 fps 4k ultra, DLSS balanced. I seem to top out at around 90 FPS with low settings. Though neither my CPU otr GPU are running max (for RTSS I set it to show the core with the highest % usage) so no idea what my bottleneck is.

They did make some serverside changes today. Not sure how that would affect anything. Odd it's just changed like that

yes hes barely being used and the temps are normal so its super strange
