On the good sice. Space Wolves of course, the emperors Executioner's. None can step before them. In the old table top games they had 25% higher values in melee and ranged, but they were few. None could beat them one on one. Their heavy weapons teams could split fire, all others could not. They don't need orders, they all know what to do.

On the chaos side, Moratrions chaos space marine Death guard of Nurgle. Thou this however is my opinion unlike the above.
