Thousand sons termies somehow manage. Still, it would have to be an overpowered class since terminator is way more deadly than a normal marine.
They can carry larger guns. But they are generally described and being much slower and cumbersome when compared to normal marines. Also some Tyranid versions (like genestealers) still cut through Terminator armor like paper (but gaunts would have difficulties with it).
We could get Terminator Assaults, maybe librarian or Chaplin with terminator armour. Apothecary use Terminators sometimes too.

then they found a bunch of car factories from the late 90's>mid 2000's era with all the stuff for blow molding body panels and just blow molded ceramite and welded that onto mark 10 and called it gravis. im not making any of this up, my dad works at dungeons and dragons
id expect a chaplain or a librarian (maybe within a year if your lucky) because it would be cheap to add
