Terminator class when?
in order to properly purge aliens, mutants, and heretics I require a Terminator class.

There's no place for terminators. They're just not used in environments we have, as far as I know - they're more for boarding action or underhives, stuff like that, where you have narrow corridors where threat usually goes just from the front. I'd prefer librarian or apothecary classes, as they'll fit the theme much better

I mean they could add terminator armour to like bulwark or something, it just comes with pros and cons.

Thousand sons termies somehow manage. Still, it would have to be an overpowered class since terminator is way more deadly than a normal marine.

They can carry larger guns. But they are generally described and being much slower and cumbersome when compared to normal marines. Also some Tyranid versions (like genestealers) still cut through Terminator armor like paper (but gaunts would have difficulties with it).

Makes me happy to have all these lore accurate responses. You guys are real sons of the Emperor.

It's not a class, it's an armour type for classes.

We could get Terminator Assaults, maybe librarian or Chaplin with terminator armour. Apothecary use Terminators sometimes too.

Wholesome awards are due.
Terminators and apothacary classes are 2 classes i would love to see.

If devs actually went with proper lore and real marine types, your "heavy" in gravis armor would be almost as tough as terminator. And we would have these guys instead of whatever mutant abomination we got:

an apothacary who has an AOE heal, and techmarines that deploys a servitor gun turret that acts as an ammo dispenser is what me and my mate were discussing.

Another thing to note, is that Terminators aren't really cut out for carrying out the kind of operations that regular marines do. They teleport in, kill targets, hold area until reinforcements arrive, teleport out.

By 'mutant abominations' you mean intercessors, assault intercessors, heavy intercessors, vanguards, vanguard eliminators and bladeguards?

Terminator class with assault cannon main, lightning claw melee, and cyclone missile launcher instead of grenades.

terminators are literally just garbage they found at a garage sale and bolted more ceramite onto. and then they "forgot" how to use a welder. like thats literally the lore.

then they found a bunch of car factories from the late 90's>mid 2000's era with all the stuff for blow molding body panels and just blow molded ceramite and welded that onto mark 10 and called it gravis. im not making any of this up, my dad works at dungeons and dragons

your not getting terminators, just doesnt fit the game design.

id expect a chaplain or a librarian (maybe within a year if your lucky) because it would be cheap to add

(EDIT: and to be generous, i'd say 50/50 chance it will be a paid dlc)
