Ultramarines insignia from campaign mode?!

Why in campaign characters have armor with ultramarine "Omega" decal, but in PvP or PvE customization i can use only helmet with this symbol. On Titus and hes group we can see lore`s true backpack and breastplate with Ultramarines insignia, but is impossible to repeat any of them in multiplayer, because some of the armor elements from the campaign are simply not available. Are there plans to add part of Titus' or his team's armor to the multiplayer, as well as will there be loric insignia for other orders? For example, a voluminous blood drop with wings for blood angels?
