But the matchmaking method and character data etc is saved on a backend of theirs which is why the game announces it's "connecting to server".
Pretty easy to tell when a host drops out and pings change aswell after it.
Can we have a source on that outside of your brilliant deduction skills?

Battlebarge seems to be p2p... Co-Op missions and PvP are definitely server based. Not sure about the Campaign.
I knew it, thanks for the info. I was suspicious because some matches i play very well and others i could do nothing even so my ping stays the same, some matches i cant even hit anyone.
