Armor customization

I just unlocked the armoury but it isn't giving me any kind of custom options or armour paint jobs. Do I need to progress further to unlock them or what?

Armor customization is not available in the campaign, only in pve operations and pvp

With the exception of seemingly 3 pre made titus skins of which I don't know how to unlock them. (They probably are dlc)

You need to buy them meaning you need to grind operations,hold long left click on any armor you want and that is locked and it will take you to the page where you unlock them.Enjoy the grind brother.
