If every class had its own elite gear, its own lord gear. That would make such a powerful impression on other players. Everyone would know that he had already won 100 fights. That would be really impressive.

Classes already have elite gear

it's called artificier which already makes a strong impression on lower leveled players

If you want a cape then play the sniper

It shouldn't be the case, but the devs have their own twisted vision of how the heraldry and cosmetics of WH40K should be utilized. So you'd likely have more success yelling at the clouds. I wish you luck though.

But I just realized that you can't change the color of the cape. So the game will get more updates in the future.

A few days ago I took a look at the roadmap, there should be a new faction, more equipment, new weapons and new game modes.

I pray to the Emperor that in the future we will have our own Lord, for each class.

I wouldn't be surprised if we got terminator class in the future but there is no chance you'd get a chapter master style in the game. The devs are very conservative in their approach and unless they changed it, there is no way something like that gets added.

Marneus Calgar is the Chapter Master of all Ultramarines, this is not a "class", they are the leader of the entire faction when the Primarch is not available.

This is like asking the President of USA to be a playable class in an army shooter game since the President is the commander in chief of the entire armed forces and wears the highest quality suit.

Captains and their Honor Guard wear cloaks though, so we might see these as classes at some point.

The comparison may be true, but for me it's more about the magnificent design. In any case, the costumes are very free and varied, so the clothes as a lord are somehow missing a bit.

In any case, I would be very happy if we could welcome red capes at some point, of course only as a badge of great success, which can only be acquired through play.

That as a player you can at some point see yourself as a veteran who has been there from the beginning.

Of course, it would also be praiseworthy if one could have two versions of these capes as they are now.
