Only 1 new mission in 2025

The 2025 seasons say only 1 mission will be added into the game?
Kind of sad. Game should've come out with minimum 12 missions considering how repetive they quickly become and seeing no huge plans on adding much new content does not inspire to believe longetivity of the game.
A couple more missions, a couple new enemies and cosmetics and that's it for 2024-2025.

they wanna push the pvp in this, but you will never push this pvp far enough if only 3 premades can join.. well, their decisions i guess

They don't need you to play the game forever. That content is extra. Feel free to return once there are more missions.

then go and play something else and when a new map comes out, come back if you feel like it. Has your doctor prescribed you to play the same game every day for 10 years?
I started playing Vermitide 2 in 2018 and when I get bored, I simply play something else.... then if a new map comes out and I feel like it, I pick it up again and when I get bored, I leave it again ecc...

You know that season 4 is suppose to happend in spring of 2025? Check season pass description on steam store, those 4 season are happening from now to the spring of 2025, after that we still have summer, autumn and winter.

Why is that bad? Game was released with low content and updates would increase sales.
Going darktide path releasing early access game and then releasing 1 map a year is just sad.
Game has potential and it would be sad to see it being left only to skeleton crew to release minimum updates.
So, I wonder if good sales changed devs opinion to work on game more than they originally planned.

The game is great, but why pretend it doesn't lack content?

It wasn't built to be a years worth of content. It was built to play, enjoy and move on. They are also having a bit more content to sell (through gold edition season pass) but that's it.

Lack of content? That's how games were released 10 years ago. Is that bad? I mean, it's respectively 40-50 hours in total. I don't minde paying 60-70$ for that instead of another bloated 100+ hours of open world. And I already have hd2 and Darktide for hordes and The Division 2 for looter shooter (and Remnants). I don't need more of them.

But I do want old school run and slash and gun.

In Space Marine 1 horde mode is all I played, because luckily it's absolutely nothing like what your dull mind managed to concoct
