When did Eisenhorn stop Rylanor using a Titan? Especially since Rylanor had been trapped on Isstvan III for 10,000 Years? And also died fighting post heresy Fulgrim on Isstvan III?

I mean: Eisenhorn stopped a Titan. Didn't have with Rylanor.

Fair enough, but even then Eisenhorn would have been in trouble unless he could stop the Virus Bomb Rylanor rigged up to his Dreadnought.

Plus as of 2016 all marines are ultramarines, even the emperor is an ultramarine now.

I know my lore. Actually, Rylanor is one of the two Emperor's Children characters that I like (the other being Fabious Bile but, for entirely different reasons as you can understand)
