Report a translation problem
I just played a mission where in some bits I would get back to the framerates I had before, but sometimes if I would go to certain within the same room it would drop to 30 with extreme stuttering, it was awful.
With a bit of luck and divine intervention maybe the game will be stable for the majority by Christmas.
Disappointing and such a shame really

I'm pretty sure that resource utilization is the source of these issues. There's something that they enabled that is for some reason forcing people's GPUs to render one or more redundant thing at the same time.
No other explanation as to why trivial menus like the title screen or customization menu would demand so much power, and now the actual game itself when playing.
