Save Transfer Not Working

I bought the game on both my PC and my PS5 and have registered both to PrismRay and they're both connected. I frequently switch between them and have had no problem transferring the saves until the latest patch. Yesterday I had to unlink my PS5 and relink it to get the dialogue to transfer the save. This morning I tried doing the same thing from PS5 to Steam and the dialogue to override existing save never appears. I unlinked it and relinked it, waited hours then tried again, and even played more on my PS5 but still no update for Steam.

Yep same here with PS5 to Steam.
It just don't work.
What annoys me is they didn't even mention this issue for this upcoming patch.

FOUND FIX***
-unlink your steam account.
-launch the game on Steam, relink with the QR code.
-KEEP THE GAME RUNNING!
-go to the Pros page and transfer your save to Steam
-the popup should come out in the game title menu.

Just tried re-linking with the game running, and it didn't work. How long did you have to wait after re-linking with the game open?

UPDATE!
After closing and opening the game 3 times, it worked!

I SUGGEST
-Unlink steam
-Open game
-Relink steam
-If nothing happens close game
-Reopen
-If no popup to load new file, close and repeat.

Took me 3 tries.

Okay I'll keep trying those ideas then! I haven't had any luck yet but here's hoping!

That worked! I had to press Tab twice then do it from within Steam. I was scanning the code and doing it on my phone before but the Steam way seems to work! Thanks guys!

It took me about 7 or so tries, but it eventually worked for me too

Just tryna understand for clarity your steam account/PC is what is receiving your save from PROs. Just cause my situation is reversed.

I’m not sure I think it’s just the PROS account. I tried this on my ps5 and 10 restarts later I still got nothing. I did submit a ticket a few days ago but it’s the same ol song and dance. We are aware of the issue but no timeframe for a fix.

I tried for 2 days and gave up. Support sends pretty much the same response to everyone with the issue

It worked for a little bit but then when they did the update, that made it stop working completely. I did the above tricks, and did not work. I summited a ticket about 5 days ago. I'll let you know if anything positive happens.

I finally got a response. They said "please note that the save transfer via the PROS does not provide cloud save synchronization.
