Trading down armory data
I’m surprised I don’t see more posts about this.
I have roughly 120 hours into the game, I have the capped amount of 20 purple and gold armory data chips, but only 2 green.
Even with a grey/green weapon, ruthless is pretty easy. Needless to say average difficulty holds no fun nor any challenge to me, but if I want to explore new weapons, I have to play dozens of average difficulty games.
I would even love to be able to trade 1 gold for 1 green.
Anyone else?

You can use gold on purple. Are you sure you can't use gold on green?

Sheet, really? That explains why I don’t see people asking for that functionality. I guess that’s the sort of thing you have to try to realize it’s possible lol. Thanks.

Surprise! You can. You can use gold armory data as a substitute for purple or green. You can use purple armory data as a substitute for green.
