Extreme Server Lag despite low ping

Whats going in with the game servers, i get a warning sign for 4 days straight now.

All players in the group have a ping between 25 and 45 and the game is lagging so hard that's impossible to parry anything.

Yeah when I see this I just leave the game , switch to PvP mode and back, it usually solves it. Happens more often if I play with console players, and it's indeed annoying af, game says 50 ping and it feels like 450.

I need a fix to this. I had it since launch.

Had the same problem since launch. Ran command prompt and pinged google 8.8.8.8 continuously with no dropped packets and 45ms return. Same time in game I will lag out twice with game frozen and me running around unable to interact with anything. Then it comes back 5-10seconds later. Ping to google perfect, trued both wired fiber and Wi-Fi both bands. and both exact same problem. Has to be server side but none of my teammates report the same problem. Soooo?

I get the red bar every time I load back in after a game.

Usually it doesn't effect anything I get hosts dropping out before I load back in. On host loading isn't that much quicker,

I mostly get matched with people from Europe (UK resident here) and the in game ping hovers around 40-50.

Some people don't make it into the game. It's a very odd P2P setup they have going.
