ALL of the chapter customisations I unlocked in the heraldry are now locked again?

I logged on today to play some Operations and discovered that all my space marines were set to the default ultra marines chapter. This has happened before, usually this means that I just have to re-select the chapters i want them to be. But for some reason EVERYTHING in the heraldry is locked again despite me purchasing them days ago. I tried restarting the game, steam, my pc, even verified integrity of game files but nope, they are still locked again.

Please tell me there is a fix for this. I spent so many credits on them I dont want to have to do it all over again.


UPDATE:

There is no fix. It seems to be an issue with "Offline Mode" so just avoid going into offline mode at all costs or you will risk losing unlocked items. I got lucky all things considered, I have read about people losing everything they unlocked including perks and weapons so be careful

I don't think so? I have read about that happening tho but I still have all the weapon and perks I unlocked as well as my level progress. It's JUST whatever was in the heraldry is now locked again.

if they did i bet the cloud save has also been overwritten now as well.

I've been playing on PS5 and have had the exact same issue since launch. Every single time I unlock a chapters full heraldry, after playing a single pvp or operations match it takes them all away. I've lost thousands credits unlocking things multiple times. Their updates make no mention of it being a known issue. I lose no other progress of any kind.

it doesnt delete any of my personal customized character when ive done that ( have played i 3 times on ps5 now but not sure on

I could not seem to figure out how to play the prologue ( which is badass cus u get to play as Titus as a deathwatch ) again without starting a new one and took a risk
