parry hands down. you can't use the knife and not git gud at parry.

parry is the best for all the weapons lol, now even more so after the update.

"Blood of Vossus (Balance)" if you can hit the parry consistently or are playing the Vanguard with the Duellist perk. The high speed is a gamechanger!
Otherwise "Ophelian Liberation - Alpha (Fencing)", because of the bigger parry window.

Don't bother with the block variant, even if its damage stat is superior.

If you master the parrying, I think you do not need a fencing weapon. Then you can better take advantage of speed and damage of the other choices.
