Can the bots in pve use the classbuilds of the player?
or are they just a preset class?

Unfortunately, you can't customise their loadout, etc. You can't even make them wear their helmet(you can for the campaign but not operations).

i tried it, seems they are level 1 classes, with no perks.
would be cool if they would be the playerloadouts also with the changed chaptercolors

They do atleast use equipment appropriate for the difficulty such as relic weapons on ruthless
