Tactical Emperror's Vengence stopped working with Bolters (No Reload)

I got my melta to top and switched to Bolter family.
To my utter surprise the ammo restoration is bugged for Bolters.
It works perfectly with melta, but fails with Bolter family, sometimes partially, sometimes the full mission is with zero regen which crumbles Tactical to melee (it's okay but...)
Has anyone else experienced the same?

UPD. The same for Vanguard. His reload on Execution Majoris does not work properly.

i have opposite it works inconsistently on melta and plasma before and after patch
like every 2nd execution it' doesnt restore mag

I found out the reason: it works only for shooters and ranged enemies.
And it does not work for melee Majoris and alike.
Extreme enemies seem to regen ammo as well.
