Why is there no All Chat option

I want to flame Heretics.
And also flame good boy astartes when im a heretic.

I also want to talk to the other team and tell them GG when we have a really close game, and commend them when they do good moves and get made when they reck me.

Why cant we all chat?

You infact do, not only do you block people due to a inability to face confrontation, you also replied to me, wich wouldn't necessarily prove anything, but instead of being witty you are hostile, so i infact did hurt you to some extend, and depending on how terminally online you are, maybe i even ruined your day

Its nice to have a bit of fun, and also commend the other team when they make a crazy run/frag/or do something cool and also say GG.

Its pretty pathetic because some people are too scared to play vidya or cant use the block button - we cant chat to each other in a video game..
