Could Roboute Guilliman approve mechanicus plan or it was a chaos lie?
Our captain and Imurah during company told us that Aurora plan is approved by Guilliman. I always thought he is as strict as possible when it comes to Heresy. So could it be true that he involved it that?

*spoilers*

Do you take the words of a tzeentch traitor at face value?

It is stated by the Captain that Guilliman approved the plan and honestly I don't blame him. With the great rift being there and the cadian pylons being destroyed, using the artifact to power the pylons wasn't a bad idea. Based on what I know from the lore the plan was working fine as the initial pylon configuration was causing the blackstone to repel the warp. Unfortunately the Magos changed the polarity of the pylons when he rotated the control obelisk resulting in the blackstone empowering the warp instead of repelling it. As far as I can tell had the magos not been an idiot then the plan would have worked fine and the warp would have been repelled by the pylons.

Less of an idiot and more like manipulated into believing that changing polarity was a requirement by that Sorcerer.

They didn't just try to power the pylons; that was just step 1. The ultimate goal here was to create their own version of the technology. Which yeah, that would've been genuinely a massive strategic gamechanger for the Imperium.

So this story has been already told somewhere? Where I can read about it more?

Also, why there was no Necrons? Did they purge this tomb completely? Is it even possible?

There is also the possibility that the Mechanicus outright lied or left the creation of the Warp Device and the Invasion of Graia by Chaos because of it out when they presented Project Aurora.

There is no real reason to not believe captain's word on it. I like to imagine that Belisarius Cawl and other admechs bother Guilliman all the time to approve their experiments and this time it was just one of a hundred documents they brought and got him to say "Yes, fine, whatever"

Does that mean that for the Great Goal Guilliman can approve using of Xeno technologies?

Depends.
If the Tomb couldn´t reawake it´s defence systems and Necronwarriors fast enough or it´s Systems were to damaged or eroded over the eons of their slumber, then possibly yes.

I also know that primaries was heresy conducted by Belisarius Cawl by Guilliman's order, so that why I see it is possible that he knows everything and approved it. What do you think?

IIRC in the chatlogs left in the level by the mechanicus the tomb was trying to awaken but was failing at it, until eventually they woke a Tomb spider that then killed some of them. You can find its corpse being researched halfway in the level.

Sooo odds are the awakening system is just broken and the necrons are still asleep... For now.

Yes? the ban on Xeno Technologies is because of a belief of the Cult Mechanicus.
