Auspex Scan bug

After the update, the Auspex Scan fails to trigger every 3 to 4 times. Sometimes, I hear the activation sound, but the skill doesn't activate, and it remains available, not on cooldown. Other times, it completely fails— the skill goes on cooldown, but it is not successfully activated. Do any other brothers have same issue?

Usually an indication that the skill hit a hole in the floor or a nearby wall.

Pretty sure they tried to prevent that by canceling the auspex if it'll be thrown in an area it's not supposed to be in (like under the floor for example).

That's my presumption anyway.

lol, that actually make sense. Still remember lost geneseed one time due to this bug, the geneseed fails underground and I could not pick it up

Mine's been going off but not highlighting targets in its AoE a lot of the time, so I don't know if the ability is actually affecting them.
