Cherubs! They're little cybernetic drone thingies often used by members of the ecclesiarchy, the inquisition or sometimes the astartes. Yes they are made out of actual humans.

sure but you probably have better control over the aesthetics if you go with vat grown. the cheap life in the imperium tends to have all kinds of skin defects and what not.
