Reality is, bots are at best of times just drones which get people up after they hit the ground.
What has that got to do with the player being able to select the classes of the bots? If I want to play as a Sniper, why should I rely on random chance to get a Heavy and a Bulwark to absorb tons of damage? Why not just let me choose both of the bots myself?
This is only one example but it applies to literally any class setup for a squad. Do you think players SHOULDN'T be able to choose the bots? And if yes, why?
Nah.
It's hardly different from the average player.
Doing hardest difficulty and I hardly notice a difference between player Bulwark and Bot-Bulwark.
Well, there is one difference, the boss is always at 90-100% hp.
How does this answer the post? Do you think players should or should not be able to choose what classes the bots are? Do you think it is better for it to be random. And if yes, why?
The difference between a bot and the average player isn't relevant to the choice in question though. Should players be able to choose the bot classes or not? With players you can communicate or set up a squad online or with friends and then get exactly what you want every time. But with bots it's random. Do you think that is better than giving the player the option of choosing the bots?
Dude... not every post in your thread has to be about you.
That being said, it indirectly supported your claim anyway - whats your problem.
My problem is that so few people are capable of actually addressing the topic of any discussion, even and especially when it is stated directly. Not one person has addressed whether it would be good or bad to let the player choose the bot classes or why they think that way.
And it's not just in this thread, I see it everywhere online. Which is why I've deliberate with how I ask questions here. And as for the comment not "being about me". I can comment and respond to anyone at any time, just like you can. Why is that even an issue?
