Cant update/re install game

So is anyone else having a issue were when you try and update the game or try and re install it it comes up with missing file privileges?

This is the only game its happening with as every other game updates or installed just fine.

I'm currently having the same problem.
Not sure if it's relevant but my avg flagged something as malware as it was downloading could be something to look into.
something called saber_symstore.exe
(edit) yeah i think it was because my antivirus flagged it as malware, you'll have to make an exception in your anti virus most likely

same her cant update i tried restarting my pc then it updated to 97% and failed again.

Same, multiple update failures, so chose to re-install and now it says I am not authorized to DL ??

Go on your antivirus, go on in the quarantine zone (where the blocked files go), search for saber_symstore.exe then click restore and add an exception.
Usually antivirus have this type of options

You have to open your anti virus dashboard. There should be a section for quarantined files. Files your anti-virus might flag as malware are put in there. You have to navigate to that section, select the file and restore it/add an exception to it.
After that, the game should be ok to install/update.
