error code avf
Verified and it fixed the crashing.
I can also connect online now
I was not getting a crash, but I still tried to verify game files and still have the AVF code
cmd>run as admin
sfc /scannow
wait...done, restart if finds files, if not doesn't matter#
Windows update , check for updates,
gpu driver doesnt matter im on 560.94 (one behind latest)
You could also try first Exit steam,close it down
then deleting all files inside of >programfilesx86>Steam
Delete all files apart from from;
"Common" Folder, which stores all your games AND the "Steam.exe" Application
Once you have deleted the files you can click on steam.exe application which is the only file left along with the common folder inside of the ">programfilesx86>steam" folder, and it will download all the previous files, hopefully this fixes the download error
Here's what I did:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Go to steam/steamapps/common and delete the game folder Space Marine 2
3. Install the game and verify the files.
It should read:
ApplicationPath=start_protected_game.exe
WorkingDirectory=
WaitForExit=0
NoOperation=0
If it has different then that will give you the error AVF also
Doesn't work for me.
