XP for killing mobs
You should get XP for killing the mobs in operations.

META CURRENTLY IS JUST ROLL TO WIN.

Theres 0 reason to stop and kill evey unit.

I agree! I made a post saying the same thing as well.. the current Meta is cheese rolling through Operation 2..

To solve this problem.. give players 1 - 5 experience per kill, or per unit type killed.

That's max level in 1 op. They already give you xp for kills anyway. Specials too. Range damage. Melee damage..... You get the picture. That the seed is all you need. No fun being max level instantly.

why would you just roll through the level anyway, don't you want to have fun by killing every enemy lol?

You techincally do that. Each arena gives some amount of XP.
Yes, you can skip SOME of them, but the general rule is that waves and extremis enemies will follow you. The only skips that exist are hard changes of scenary. Like, Decapitation mission Bridge area will disable all waves. Or entering the first altar on Vox mission (second will keep the wave, causing the watered area to be a nightmare).
Mixing Massive wave + Extremis x 2 + Terminus enemy == bad for your health.

300 kills for 300exp wouldn't level you? Takes around 25,000 experience and max operation, with the Gene seed is like 2,100 ish

Waves are on timer. Think about it a bit.
Well Bosses drop Armor Data… But instead of giving XP directly give players a rating for every part of the Mission. The ratings than give Bonuses at the end of the mission. E.g you devide the mission in 5 brackets. Each bracket is rated separately. Ranks are S-A-B-C-D-E. Every S Rank gives 10 percent Bonus. A = 8, B = 6, C = 4, D = 2 and E = 0.
The Ranking should be based on Kills, Speed and Deaths.
Additionally you could bring in Bonusloot if the team reaches a specific thereshold in the ranking. For example A or above in all Brackets doubles the amount of Armor Data. S-Rank in all Brackets? Upgrade the recieved Armor Data to the next grade or triple them on highest level.

And still other games like DRG could solve this issue. And for the record. The grind is bad enough already. Not everyone has 20h a day time to grind. Nor the will. Especially how obnoxious the loading screens are and the frequent disconnect issues.

people long fogotten how to enjoy a game.

these players need achievements, xp... a carrot on a stick to chase. some kind of goal to always pursue to have any sort of enjoyment.

Playing to have fun is no longer an option for them... they dont know how.

Palworld is fun, but Nintendo wants to take that away.

Maybe game companies also forgot how to make the fun?

Individual XP for kills would lead to competing for kills. Same for damage done. Making it about team-play like it is now is far better.
