New endless defend idea?
i like this game, but i was thinking a new idea for this game like endless defend or defend the bug wave 10 times in PvE, we can have 3 or 6 player to defend the area. Because you see, every mission in operation is we are walking around and complete the mission, we all might get bored if we keep doing the same things.

my idea is like this:
Background
Use the inferno from the operations as an example.

Wave
After the wave end, we have 30 second to prepare for the next wave.

Enemy
The swarm will come from the front, but there is some changes the bug will come out from behind us during the defend (not from the wave start).
they so have a 10% changes come out with 2 Raveners, 2 lictors or 4 zoanthrope during the defend (if have 6 player).
They have 5% change come out with a boss with hp bar like carnifexes and neurothropes.

Respawn
same (if is ruthless respawn time will increase).

Supply
Every wave end all player hp will auto recover.
The ammo form ammunition depot is unlimited.
All medical kit and grenade will spawn after the wave end.
Grenade and medical kit is unlimited during that 30 second.
If 30 second end the remain kits and grenade is your final supply.
Can change weapon (add the weapon drop).

Trap
The trap from the inferno can use 3 times only for each wave.
(example green light, yellow light and final changes is orange light)

Reward
Each wave can get 15 coin.
Armoury data from carnifexes and neurothropes also count as reward.
Every 5 wave can get a purple armoury data.
Every 10 wave can get gold armoury data.
(example: you have survival 12 wave total you get 1 gold and 1 purple).

Weather
like the inferno map, we can add some raining detail to decreased player vision.

how to end?
if have limited wave, after the final wave we activate the bomb and evacuation.
if is endless, all player down will end.

balance
Every player can carry 1 medical kits only.
Every player can carry double ammo and grenade.
Carnifexes and neurothropes will decrease their hp but increase the damage or increase the hp but decrease the damage.

What do you guys think this new idea?

They've mentioned addition of horde mode in the future. Was done well in SM1, hopefully they can improve on what was there.

I kinda hope you can choose how many waves, as horde mode can drag on at times.

Agreed, I'm curious to see how it will be implemented.
