Crash at Tutorial end and now cant continue playing!

I played the tutorial up to the point where the boss kills me and before the cutscene is shown, the game crashes.
A crash log window appeared asking me to send the log to support.
Now when I start the game and want to continue playing, after loading the components, the game crashes and the crash log appears.
So I can't continue playing.

Here my System:
Intel i3-14100
32GB DDR4 Ram
Nvidia RTX 4070
2TB SSD Pcie
Win 11 Pro
All bios and driver are uptodate.

Since last 2 Game Update i have no more crash.
The Game work now perfekt.

Nothing beyond basic verify files, etc. I've been CTD for a while now, cant even load into the game. Even with the latest update, crashing on intro videos. Once got to main menu, but it crashed when i clicked continue. Probably gonna file for a refund and come back to it after a few weeks.

Just checked my event log, and saw errors from nvlddmkm, which are nvidia drivers. updated them to latest, and so far no crashes. Check your event log and see what kind of errors there are!

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and started a new game. And again at exactly the same point, i.e. at the end of the tutorial before the cutscene starts, the game crashes. I also installed the new Nvidia driver from today, version 561.09. That didn't help either. I then changed the graphics quality in the game settings from Ultra to High. No improvement either. I also changed the resolution from 1440P to 1080P, no improvement either.
My other games work without problems.
The problem is this game. I'm not the only one whose game crashes.

Oh definitely. There's definitely issues with both optimisation and stability they gotta address. You can always try to get a refund because the game is having issues and can buy it later.

Minimum requirements state an i5 or above, You have an i3.

I have more Intel CPUs. Now i installed i5-14500 and game still crashes.
My other Games work without problems.

Just for anyone who has this exact issue in the future, my solution was going in to revalidate the game files. There were like 16 that were messed up.

I have an I9 and it crashes on the second story mission cutscene everytime for me. Game optimization is trash.

Your problem may not be the game. I think its the fact that your are running an Intel i3 with a 4070. Thats one hell of a bottleneck

Steam-Overlay can cause crashes, too. Maybe try to disable it and restart the game?
