Fix for PC stutter, laggy enemies and PVP issues

If you are experiencing enemies running in place, teleporting short distances like they're cheap Nightcrawler imitations or wondering why the swarms in campaign and operations are running in place at times before you suddenly take all the damage, it's Easy Anti Cheat being garbage.

If you have an ASUS motherboard, which many of us do, there are a few things you can do, but this was a big one for me:

How to fix: Go to your windows power plan settings and disable USB selective suspend in advanced options. That should hopefully resolve your issue.

One thing I haven't fixed yet is the Discord issue. I have noticed that if I also run Discord, it has a conflict of some sort that causes the stutter/lag to return.

I've disabled all my Steam, Nvidia, and Discord overlays, turned off Discord hardware acceleration and Krispr noise filter and for some reason having Discord open still causes it. I can run a Steam voice chat with 0 issues.

Not sure on that one yet.
