Is there a way to disable the vignette effect?

It's up there with motion blur for everyone's least favourite visual effects in games.
It's passe and never looked good, and even when it was a fairly normal thing in action games from the past (what, 10+ years ago?), there was always a way to disable it.

Please add a setting to let us toggle it!

Not sure what you're talking about have to start the game back up just to figure it out.

If you google search 'vignette effect' you will see loads of examples. Almost no one likes it.

Although I wholeheartedly agree that this should not require a mod. These screen effects majorly suck and always have done. Game developers need to wake up and give users control to disable such nonsense.
