Antenna "Angel Of Death" Tips
Since im here in the forum i have heared relatively often about the antenna mission and how often people died during the attempt to complete it. I think its funny and helpful to share my expierence with the mission and maybe you think so too ;-)

At first it start very simple and slow, one structure gets attcked by gargoyles and you have to deal with a few trash mobs aswell. But relatively quick, the intensitiy grows and more enemys spawn while also more structures get attacked :-/

Im honest, the first 3 trys i was totally overwhelmed, i was not sure what i should priorise, beause i had no clue how much time i have, when gargoyles attack these structures. I paniced and made mistakes. but then i thought simply, lets do it one by one old school.

So i cleared the trash mobs, then the elites and yesh sometimes elites befo, because that makes trash mobs die aswell (hive mind connection). After that i had to deal with the gargoyles on the structure and i found out, the best way to clear them of are nades.

Yeah really, if you use your nades to clear the gargoyles from the structures, you have far mor time and freedom for anything else. But im not lying, i died 4-5 times like did in the tutorial. It can really be overwhelming at first, but you need to bring order into it.

This way i solved it in 4-5 attempts on Angel of Death and im pretty sure the profis out there did it first try one handed with the eyes on the other monitor, im not that good :-/

I hope this kinda helps someone who is struggeling with the mission ;-)

I use bolt with 'nade launcher to deal with gargoyles.
Then I use Heavy Bolter to kill zoans (most annoying enemies).

grenade launcher to clear towers, re-stock between waves. if i remember there is a melta or heavy bolter you switch to in between., a few stims and alot of nades around. use bots to soak and deal with the spore mines quick in "phase 2"

save krak grenade for the flying ♥♥♥♥ at the end or medium tyranids if you can't deal.

15 ish tries in AoD before i started looking at my surroundings. after i learned that, rest of the campaign so far is not bad on AoD.

There is a heavy bolter in the area. It is near Antenna B IIRC.

I found that the melta works really well, too. Tears off a whole chunk of them fast.

How do you kill the pair of floating ones in the air near the end?

I struggled for a bit on the normal difficulty, but as soon as I found the bolt with grenade launcher I felt like I just made my life easier. Save the grenades for the gargoyle type of creates for the antenas and restock them. 2-3 grenades are enough. Finish off the rest with just bullets if any remained. Don't forget to reduce the waves from time to time.

Devs should cut the repetition of dialogues in this kind of missions, is not only hearing constantly about the antenna, but also about the chains, the portal...

The problem with the mission are zoas in the end. On veteran 2 hours of try and error (nor the best gamer) and the solution is - krak granades. You need to come fast and сlose to zoa, throw the krak and finish the damn flyer. As soon as you kill them you move onto remaining majoris, all the small tyrranind will be no longer a problem, as soon as you kill the major one.
Before zoas - speed is essential. There are melta rifle and heavy bolter near tower b and c, which can help.
