Cross platform saves?

In the FAQ it is stated that crossplatform saves are a thing. Do you have to sign into some focus account for this to work?

I'm interested because I want to play be able to play Operations on console and PC.

You have to sign up for an account with a service called PROS. They offer cross save for a few different games. I would just search "Space Marine 2 Cross Save" to find their page.

So anything I unlock via Operations and eternal war, should cross over?

I haven't tried yet, but it seems the game does support cross progression but you use this third party feature called Prisma.

i have it on series X and steam, but i haven't been able to get my ops progression to transfer over. guessing you have to wait until the popup goes away for it to transfer everything. both times i transferred my save, not much transferred because i closed the game because the popup wouldn't go away after confirming

I've done all the correct things I have this on PlayStation five and on steam and the cross saves barely works. It's actually gotten worse where now it stopped updating. At least in the very beginning it did for the most part. For about 10 days now I've been emailing PROS about the problem. Especially with me spending all the credits from one platform but then when you go to the other my credits are gone but the things that I purchased don't show up!
