Getting a virus warning when launching the game now?

Now when i launch the game i get a error that says

"Create Process Failed: code 225
Operation did not complete because the file contains virus or potentially unwanted software.

Have you verified the integrity of the files? I saw your other discussion post, I'm guessing there is something happening on your end that is making the game not work correctly. Especially if you have messed with or are using some third party AV that is set to think damn near everything is a virus.

(This fixed the issue for me), exit the game, temporarily disable your Anti Virus (this includes windows defender) and launch the game again to see if it runs fine. If it does, you can make an exception for the game folder so the AV leaves it alone as a permanent fix.

I'd try what Baron is suggesting tbh. That or go to the browse files on the library tab on space marine 2 and try and right click the .exe for the game and run as admin.
