No im dealing with it, i never said i was not, i just said it was a step backwards because it feels bad.
Chill out, im not attacking you, just pointing out its not as good as number one.
In SM1 it was a lot simpler and it worked better. There were no Heal packs, or stims, you had a health bar and armor bar, armor regenerated much faster out side of combat then this one does, and performing a execution regained health lost.
This version of it feels a lot more clunky.
bud, sometimes regardless of good or bad skill the system can suck - just because you find a way to jank through it does not make it good
I expected getting health damage while perfomring executions as it happened in 1 all the time, but the saving grave of that in 1 was that unless you were doing a very poorly timed execution you would end up getting more health back then what was chipped away.
Because this system restores armor not health its almost always a net loss. It jsut feels bad.
I think it technically has some, but not enough to cover the recovery afterwards while you're waiting to regain normal camera angle and control of your marine. Needs to be like 50% longer at least. Right now I'm basically skipping them unless it's the last enemy.
I think the game is overall balanced with co-op in mind in any case. The 'intended' veteran difficulty does feel like it needs your ai partners to carry a bit more weight.
