Regarding the ultramarine cosmetic pack

It's me or is there a problem ?
On the screen on the roadmap on the left down corner we can see the preview of that cosmetic pack, it's supposed to be released but, we can see on the preview a blood angel

And if you zoom you can see that, that blood angel got a personalised helmet with a pauldron 3D marked with the chapter icon (red shiny blood drop with wings) same for the helmet.

The question is, where the f*ck is those cosmetics ??
