all my progress got reset?

all my online progress is gone and got reset, is this a bug or is this because of release?

it is a bug just reset your game and it should come back? atleast thats what worked for me hopefully will also work for you

twice? was there a instance where your game was in offline mode? ive had that pop up before where it says i got put into offline mode and that all progress will reset once i go back into online mode

Yeah, mine was just reset. Two restarts of the game and no fixing. Just finished grinding the sniper class for like 5 hours too. Massive L

Not sure if it will work but got back to campain then operations worked for my girlfriend but I'm also on console as well.

Make sure you're in the correct gamemode. I first thought that I had progress reset too but I was in the pvp mode and not the pve mode.

Don't spam the buttons on start up and click new game, ya know ya did.
