Stuck at `joining server

Can join my friends via steam and invite code, but as soon as we step into the battle barge to load the mission, my game is stuck at `joining server`. Even when I'm the host it still stucks there. Any fixes?

This is a known problem. There is no known fix as far as I can tell.

this ♥♥♥♥ was going on pre-launch, I thought I had it fixed by disabling cross platform play and steam overlay, now its still going on. Literally cant even play the multiplayer mode.

We also have one guy in our squad that has the same problem. He cant seem to fix it.

if ur all on steam and you don't need matchmaking, you can try to goto main menu and change crossplay to off? I've heard it can help

Same here. Can't play multi-player at all. I've tried all of the fixes I found online. I also restarted my wifi.

My gf gets stuck at loading resources infinitely when she joins me, when I join her the game freezes for her
