I'm mixed race, why is all representation just one race specifically?

In all media, especially stuff that you see on twitter it's always pro (insert x here). But as someone who is from multiple backgrounds I'd like to see a character for once that is actually ethnically ambiguous.

The way I see it, this helps corpo's cover more checklists as well since maybe I want to roleplay as a bi-lingual, bi-sexual that's asian and white but raised in Africa.

All these people that are pro for just 1 thing really aren't seeing the big picture and clearly just trying to self insert without thinking about people like me honestly.
