The Empror is nothing more than a power hungry tyrant. He SINGLE-HANDEDLY manipulated his own sons, and drove humanity into a never-ending war. The guy was never inclusive enough. Sure, he claimed to unite humanity under one banner, but what he really did was enforce a narrow vision of human "perfection" that left everyone else out in the cold. What about the Orcs and the Taus...

The only thing he got right was being an atheist. At least he saw through the galaxy’s endless parade of gods and daemons for what they really are: parasites feeding on the beliefs and souls of the weak. Good thing that he cleansed religion from Earth.
