Nerf Zoanthrope (the flying skulls)
Me and my friend we are having a blast in the campaign except the parts we have to fight Zoanthropes, they are ridiculously tanky and they have infinite range with their shouting attack, we can focus fire but since every enemies are in berserk it takes out of the fun doing trial error by learning the exact spawn of enemies and the exact place to exploit to kill them first

We halfway through at Angel of Death difficulty and no part of the campaign as been that painful as when 2 of these appear in your smarm of enemies, most noticeable the antenna part and the wall part with the jump packs

One suggestion I can make is either to decrease HP or since they are 2 you could make them easy to stagger so the Zoanthropes can't stunlock with their sphere attacks, but also you're still engaged in the fight by killing small enemies on berserk

I think most of the game need a game rebalance but if I could suggest an easy one to fix are definitely the Zoanthrope

Please don't let these enemies ruin max difficulty campaign playthroughs

A single Krak grenade knocks them out of the sky and puts them into execution range.

Except kraks spawn rate sucks. there will more zoan spawning than kraks you can ever find. yes it needs to be reworked, speaking as a melee user, they are just pain in the ass to kill. i dont care about its damage, everything hits hard in lethal anyway. Having just your sidearm as your only option to deal with them is plain dumb and the shielding makes TTK painfully longer. why cant they let us just use ground pound on them.

Do you guys realize that my answer was made before spawn rates of extremis were increased and well before lethal even was a thing ?

That's only if you have them and they are in that section of the map. All I have been seeing are Melta Bombs and Shock Grenades. Very little in the way of Frag and Krak.

Also the Neurothrope and Zoanthroape attacks go through all cover. You can't hide, and trying to dodge the wave attack is IMPOSSIBLE if you are already knocked. They can also follow you to different sections of the map that use the elevator load screen.
