Dreadnought is a definite no. Terminators...mayyybe? I don't know. Supposedly they've said we will get more classes. Personally I think the most likely would be chaplains, tech marines, and apothecaries.

If there were a dreadnought, it would have to be a specific game mode for it with an objective around said dreadnought. Like an escort mission, or siege/defense.

Dreadnought was multiplayer game mode in SM1, so it's not implausible, just unlikely for the near future.

Inclusion of the Dreadnought into the first game was one of the deathknells for that game's multiplayer... so i certainly hope they have no plans to include any of them.

your best bet for this type of gameplay would be Space Hulk; Deathwing. it's definitely an entirely different feel of horror but the tight-knit terminator squad requires way more movement and teamwork at high difficulties. I.E. if you're not carving the path to the OBJ instead of just fighting it out you'll never make it to the end of the mission.
