Stuttering
I am getting stuttering now and then as well as audio issues, the game runs well otherwise.
Specs:
i5 - 10400
GTX 1660 super
16 gb ram
SSD

Not the best specs but the game is stable on medium graphics around 40-60 fps, any ideas about the stuttering and audio issues? I tried the stereo option but no luck.

Sorry to hear you're having problems. I believe your system exceeds the min spec, but I wouldn't be surprised if your GPU is struggling given the relatively small amount of VRAM, hence stutters. Does the stuttering go away if you try setting everything on low? And what about your audio - does that improve at all if everything is set to low? Wondering if your CPU is being hit so hard that it's struggling with other tasks, like audio.

Brother I do not have a solution for you but im running the game with a

4080 Super, 7800x3d and 32gb Ram DDR5 Expo 6000MHz CL30 and I also encouter stuttering every 3 to 4 minutes.

I dont think its system related, maybe there are some settings who cause this or we just have to wait for Nvidia driver updates or game updates.

To add to this, I'm running a 13700kf, 32gb, 4090, gsync and I get little micro hitches pretty often. Perhaps related to enemies spawning in?

I have 4090 and 7950x3d and same here, it happens often but it seems to be around areas where assets and enemies are about to load in

i5-9600K (3.70GHz )
GTX 1660 SUPER
8 GB (RAM)
HDD

+/- minimum system requirements. The only thing that confuses me is only the "recommendation" of the SSD. That's what, and this is the first game in which I thought about the mandatory possession of an SSD drive, but despite the fact that users with similar (even higher) components are experiencing difficulties, I'm afraid to imagine what the problem is. I was hoping it was just the SSD, but here... It's kind of hopeless.

I would recommend disabling E-cores or playing with system settings. Because i've 13600k/4080/32gb cl16 4000 and it runs perfect - literally flat frametime with only minor traversal stutter when moving areas in elevators etc.

I have the same issue on a 4090 7950x3D.

Pretty sure it’s the games issue, tried different settings and nothing works

I managed to fix stuttering and hitching by rolling back my nvidia drivers to 560.81 date 8/6/24. The driver from 8/20 does not work without massive hitching and stuttering no matter what I do.

This game doesn't like my geforce 3080. I got it running fine on medium settings with a few hiccups, but the cutscenes run like ass and voices cuts out at times. Can't wait for their optimization pass

Digital Foundry found that there were shader compilation stutters in their testing.

I had it run like an abomination being euthanized. Update your drivers if you can. Mine went from potato to Crisp after that. I have a 3060

Seems to be a memory leak after playing for 3+ hrs, just restart the game and will fix it, hopefully they release a permanent fix soon

audio not sure, but some stuttering could be shader compilation stutter. Digital Foundry noted that during gameplay it can happen, but should only happen for a given set of shaders. Like the first time a Tyranid drop pod lands.
