Lion El'Jonson, Reflections on the Mirror of War, Vol III
I also had to gimmick some of the "defend area" type missions, thinks like moving explosive barrels into key places so I could wipe out elites as soon as they spawn once I learnt their patterns.
Took me about 18 hours I would say in total to finish it 100% solo. With probably 50+ deaths, most of which were on the final boss whilst learning attack patterns and 1 specific wave defence section that had very ruthless pressure/timing.
Also a lot of sniping, staying behind walls as far back as I could, luring enemies back away from other groups by shooting them (they tend to always rush to you if you shoot them). Keeping my back to walls so I couldn't be surprise attacked by elite types etc.
It was fun, but it was very strategic rather than hack n slash fun, I don't think i'd play through it again on that difficulty, next time I just wanna blast faces with bolters lol
